The mobile monitoring vehicle, equipped with on-board rapid‑response monitoring instruments, innovatively integrates a three‑dimensional monitoring approach that combines “mobile, in‑motion monitoring” with “stationary, high‑precision re‑measurements.” Using onboard online sensors for ambient particulate matter (PM2.5, PM10) and gaseous pollutants (NOx, SO2, O3, CO), it enables continuous, real‑time monitoring of ambient air quality, enterprise boundary emissions, and fugitive emissions as the vehicle moves, accurately capturing the composition and concentration of various pollutants. Simultaneously, by leveraging geographic information systems, it provides an intuitive visualization of the spatial distribution of pollutant concentrations along the travel route. For high‑concentration pollution hotspots identified during monitoring, targeted follow‑up measurements can be promptly conducted to verify findings, thereby achieving comprehensive, precise qualitative and quantitative analysis of pollutants and significantly enhancing the accuracy of emission source tracing and control.
