Using floating platforms as carriers and leveraging technologies such as spectroscopy, electrochemistry, and various water quality analyzers, combined with big data, information technology, and water quality modeling, it is possible to rapidly measure multiple water quality parameters—including COD, TOC, DOC, BOD, nitrate nitrogen, color, turbidity, suspended solids, and UV254. Monitoring data can be transmitted in real time via the network to a higher-level central platform for application and analysis. This system enables comprehensive monitoring of lakes, reservoirs, and rivers, including cruise monitoring, source-tracing monitoring, early-warning monitoring, fixed-point monitoring, and multi-site mobile continuous monitoring. It provides an integrated solution for management authorities to assess and identify the current water quality status, monitor and warn of water quality changes, diagnose and trace the origins of water quality issues, and implement precise control measures against water pollution.
