Integrated Intelligent Information System for Smart Management of Environmental Safety Risks in Industrial Parks

System Overview: To prevent and mitigate major environmental risks in the industrial park, and based on relevant national and local standards and guidelines, a comprehensive management system has been established to address the park’s emergency response needs for environmental risks. This system integrates risk identification, early warning, response, handling, and 3D mapping into a single platform. It can automatically detect, assess, and issue early warnings for unsafe human behaviors and unsafe conditions or abnormal activities involving equipment and materials. The system provides technical support for monitoring hazardous processes within the park, enabling intelligent safety operation and risk management, automatic identification of hazard sources, intelligent risk early warning, smart park development, and green, sustainable development. As a result, it effectively enhances the park’s and enterprises’ capabilities and levels in risk identification and management.

System Composition: A four-in-one monitoring system integrating multiple elements—“water, soil, and air”—and combining “point, line, surface, and regional monitoring with mobile surveying”: This system integrates automated monitoring systems for volatile organic compounds, atmospheric conditions, surface water, groundwater, and soil; grid-based monitoring within industrial parks; mobile survey vehicles equipped with advanced atmospheric, water-quality, remote sensing, and mobile surveying instruments. It offers a flexible monitoring framework that allows for free combinations of various technologies—including online, mobile, and portable options.

Integrated Multi-Dimensional Environmental Safety Risk Comprehensive Management Network Platform: A comprehensive control platform that integrates multi-faceted approaches—including an environmental risk identification, early warning, response, and disposal system; a security big data analytics system; and a GIS 3D system—provides robust safeguards for park safety.

System features:

A sound joint prevention and control system: Establish a risk-ranking and precise identification model for vulnerability assessment based on a four-level hierarchical structure; develop a multi-level threshold-based early-warning system; and build an environmental safety prevention and control system comprising “eight lines of defense.”

Comprehensive three-dimensional monitoring system: Establish a four-in-one monitoring system integrating multiple elements—water, soil, and air—and covering “point, line, surface, and area” dimensions, providing fast, accurate, and comprehensive massive sensing data for park data analysis, management, early warning, law enforcement, and decision-making applications.
