Detailed introduction

In accordance with the requirements of the Jinan City “14th Five-Year Plan” for the Construction of Urban Wastewater Treatment Facilities, there is a need to enhance the intelligent management level of sewage networks. In August 2022, Qingdao Jiaming undertook the “Jinan City Real-Time Visual Inspection Equipment Procurement Project” commissioned by the Jinan Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment. This project involves deploying advanced real-time visual inspection equipment to establish a hardware sensing terminal system based on low-power automatic water quality monitoring technology, coupled with a monitoring, early-warning, and traceability platform. By integrating “human defense” with “technical defense,” the project aims to achieve a transformative shift toward “visualization, precision, and intelligence” in the management of Jinan’s sewage network. It will help address abnormal water quality issues, deter illegal and excessive discharges, and enable rapid assessment of water quality conditions upstream and downstream of sewage discharge points through its traceability and regulatory mechanism—making it a powerful “weapon” for tracking down sources of illegal, unreported, and emissions. At the same time, this system can also mitigate the impact of high loads or elevated concentrations of toxic and harmful substances in influent water entering wastewater treatment plants, thereby protecting the plants from abnormal influent conditions.

1. Monitoring Software Platform: The platform enables real-time monitoring and viewing of device online and offline status, identification of alarm statuses, as well as monitoring of pipeline network monitoring points and real-time monitoring data.

 

2. Mobile App: After the “Dispatch and Handling” function is triggered in the backend, a “To-Do Task” will be automatically generated for the relevant responsible party in the To-Do Tasks - Case Center, with the status marked as “Unprocessed.” At the same time, a notification will be sent to the relevant responsible party via SMS, urging them to log in to the mini-program to handle the task.

 

3. On-site Monitoring: Telemetry terminal + pH, conductivity, COD, turbidity, ammonia nitrogen, flow rate, water level, etc.
