Gas monitoring products
Based on relevant national standards, the ambient air monitoring station is equipped with corresponding detection instruments and systems that enable simultaneous online monitoring of ambient air quality (including the conventional six parameters), source apportionment of O₃ and VOCs (total non-methane hydrocarbons, 57 PAMS compounds, and 117 VOC components), particulate matter source characterization (including chemical composition and physical properties of particulate matter), and meteorological conditions. The ambient air monitoring station aims to comprehensively assess the overall status and trend changes in ambient air quality as well as to trace the sources of pollutants. In addition, it can incorporate specific monitoring items tailored to particular environmental management needs, conduct real-time online monitoring in different regions, and promptly release monitoring data. This provides technical and data support for achieving refined forecasting of ambient air quality, tracing pollutant sources, and implementing effective measures for O₃ control and emission reduction.
Small Environmental Air Monitoring Station
The small-scale stations feature outdoor integrated cabinets with a comprehensive, all-in-one, integrated thermal control design. Based on the industrial planning characteristics of different regions and combined with industry-specific analyses, these stations are equipped with monitoring devices tailored to meet the specific needs of each region. They can continuously and in real time monitor air pollutants such as VOCs, SO₂, NO₂, O₃, CO, PM₂.₅, and PM₁₀. The monitoring methods, performance parameters, and indicators comply with national standards including HJ653-2013, HJ654-2013, HJ1010-2018, and HJ212-2017. Monitoring data can be uploaded in real time to the user’s environmental protection platform via wired, wireless, or VPN communication methods.
Continuous Monitoring System for Total Non-methane Hydrocarbons in Exhaust Gas
The YSB flue gas continuous monitoring system employs the direct extraction method and is centered around a UV spectroscopy analyzer independently developed by Garmin. It can continuously monitor parameters such as SO₂, NOx, O₂, and particulate matter in flue gas. The product has already obtained environmental protection certification and is widely used in industries including power generation and metallurgy.
The grid-based micro-air monitoring station employs pump-suction or diffusion measurement methods and is equipped with a variety of high-precision sensors, including PID, electrochemical, and ultrasonic sensors. It can perform real-time monitoring of air pollutants such as PM₂.₅, PM₁₀, SO₂, NO₂, CO, O₃, TVOC, NH₃, and H₂S, as well as meteorological parameters. The relevant performance parameters, indicators, and installation methods fully comply with the requirements of the following national, provincial, and municipal standards: Environmental Protection Bureau Monitoring [2017] No. 2027—Technical Guidelines for the Layout, Installation, and Acceptance of Grid-Based Monitoring Stations (Trial); DB14 T2009-2020; DB13T2544-2017; DB13T2545-2017; DB13T2546-2017; and HJ212-2017. Monitoring data can be uploaded in real time to the user’s environmental protection platform via 3G/4G wireless communication.
