Detailed introduction
In October 2025, our company will undertake the standardized construction project for river discharge outlets in Xingan County, Ji'an City. This project is a concrete action to implement regulations such as the "Administrative Measures for the Supervision and Management of River Discharge Outlets," as well as to carry out Ji'an City’s work plan for “inspection, measurement, tracing, and treatment” of river discharge outlets. It also represents an important step in ecological protection of the Ganjiang River basin. As a key node within the Ganjiang River basin, Xingan County needs to complete the remediation of its discharge outlets through standardized construction, thereby helping the entire city achieve its goal of remediating river discharge outlets along the main stream of the Ganjiang River.
In accordance with the “Technical Guidelines for the Supervision and Management of Discharge Outlets into Rivers and Seas—Standardized Construction of Discharge Outlets into Rivers” and relevant policy requirements, this standardized construction project primarily includes: standardized installation of signage, construction of online monitoring equipment and supporting facilities, renovation of discharge channels, flow monitoring, and video surveillance. The online monitoring equipment mainly measures five water quality parameters, as well as the permanganate index, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen, providing crucial data support for environmental protection supervision.
